Spiritual Direction is a unique relationship to explore each dimension of who you are. You’ll be accompanied by a compassionate director who listens with you to the movements of the Spirit.
We have found this to be a “whole soul” adventure that engages the heart, mind, and body in
the specific context of your life.
The regular session may include times of silence, solitude, and stillness as we listen deeply together.

We will push your limits and take you out of your comfort zone, as far as you want. You may be surprised at how little you “need” to survive and thrive when stripped back to the basics.
